Terms of Service

By using SayLess, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, invite links, or related services.

You may use SayLess only if you can form a binding agreement and are old enough to use the service in your location. If you use SayLess for an organization, you represent that you have permission to accept these Terms for that organization.

SayLess helps people create social goals, friend bets, and group challenges, then track proof, reminders, outcomes, and Honor scores. SayLess is not a gambling service, payment processor, escrow service, sportsbook, arbitration service, or court.

Rewards and consequences are set by users. SayLess does not collect, hold, transfer, or enforce cash wagers. Do not use SayLess for illegal gambling, regulated betting, financial speculation, or any challenge that would require a license or approval.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity on your account, and keeping your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts for people without permission, or use another person's account.

Tell us at support@sayless.vairlo.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You keep ownership of the text, photos, screenshots, comments, and other content you submit to SayLess. You give SayLess permission to host, copy, process, display, and share that content as needed to operate the service, including showing it to people in the same challenge or support workflow.

You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed for the content you submit. Do not upload private information, images, or recordings of other people unless you have permission and a lawful reason to do so.

Honor scores, challenge status, proof labels, and outcomes are app features for social accountability. They are not credit scores, legal findings, financial ratings, or professional references.

Challenge participants are responsible for choosing terms that are fair, safe, lawful, and clear. If people disagree about an outcome, they are responsible for resolving that disagreement. SayLess may help preserve records or review abuse reports, but we do not guarantee any particular dispute result.

Do not use SayLess to:

• Break the law or encourage others to break the law.
• Create dangerous, exploitative, abusive, humiliating, hateful, or harassing challenges.
• Pressure anyone into risky physical activity, financial harm, self-harm, illegal activity, or unwanted contact.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights, invades privacy, or includes non-consensual intimate material.
• Interfere with the app, scrape data, spam invites, reverse engineer non-public systems, or bypass security controls.
• Misrepresent proof, manipulate outcomes, or use automated systems to distort Honor history.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, delete accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities if we believe a user, challenge, or piece of content violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm another person.

We may also remove stale invite links, expired previews, or content that creates technical, legal, safety, or security problems.

SayLess may rely on app stores, authentication providers, hosting services, databases, storage providers, analytics, diagnostics, email, and support tools. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We may add, change, pause, or remove features. We may also update these Terms. If an update materially changes your rights or responsibilities, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of SayLess after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

SayLess is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the extent allowed by law, SayLess will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, personal disputes, challenge outcomes, or user-created rewards and consequences.
