Delete your SayLess account

You can request deletion of your SayLess account and personal data from this page. We will verify ownership before deleting an account.

Request deletion by email

Send the request from the email address tied to your SayLess account when possible. This helps us verify that the request is coming from the account owner.

What we delete

After we verify ownership, we will delete or de-identify personal information tied to your account, including:

Account profile information and authentication identity.
Username, display name, email, profile photo, and settings.
Active invite tokens created for your account.
Proof uploads, check-ins, and support attachments where possible.
Honor history that identifies you.

What may remain

Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or to preserve a shared challenge record for other participants.

For shared challenges, other participants may still see the basic challenge history, outcome, or proof context with your identity removed or replaced with "Deleted user."

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex, legally restricted, or cannot be verified, we will tell you what is happening and what additional information is needed.

If you only want help

You do not need to delete your account to get support. For sign-in problems, invite issues, incorrect challenge details, safety reports, or privacy questions, email support@sayless.vairlo.com.
